Wei James Chen received his B.A. and M.A. from the National Taiwan University, and Ph.D from the Ohio State University in 2009, 2011 and 2017 respectively, all in the field of Economics. He has developed a clear connection between pupil dilation data and human’s learning and decision-making behavior, through both theory and experiment. His most famous work is published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).
