Hsini Huang is an associate professor of the Graduate Institute of Public Affairs and the Department of Political Sciences at NTU. She received her Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology. Huang was an associate research fellow at University London College (UCL) before joining the NTU. She also received a Postdoctoral Fellowship for Foreign Researchers by JSPS, and project grants from the Ministry of Science and Technology. She has long participated in the research project with Academia Sinica and Taiwan E-Governance Research Center. She published substantially in SSCI journals, as well as serving as a reviewer for top-tier journals such as Research Policy, Journal of Management Studies, and Government Information Quarterly. Her research interests center on applying organizational theories to study S&T policy, innovation, and AI in E-Government.
